Niti “Joe” Paladkong is a Thai series and film director with more than 25 years in film and television. His series for Thai PBS include The Summer We Met, winner of Best Long-Form Drama and Best Long-Form Teleplay at the 17th Nataraja Awards, and Finding The Last Note.

His focus is slice-of-life drama. He develops the script at every stage, from first draft to rewrites on set, and has run his own post-production for 25 years. He started on the set of the feature Fah, worked as an editor and creative, then founded WEHOUSE PRODUCTION and, in 2013, FIN-LAND STUDIO. He is creative at KRAFX and teaches directing.
